Our partnership with Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) began humbly with a drive for cost-reduction in POS supply. VOX was brought onboard to globalize the supply chain for core DeWalt power tool merchandising into Europe. 
However, over the last 10 years, our service has aligned and expanded alongside SBD, and today, VOX is the preferred partner to all SBD’s premium tool brands – including STANLEY, Black + Decker, Facom and Irwin – across EANZ, North America and key emerging markets.
SBD depends on VOX to deliver high-quality consistent brand presentation, a comprehensive, customer-focused innovation and expertise, and an effective display and merchandising range.

Results from the new systemized displays that we’ve developed and launched with
VOX have exceeded expectations and have been a key element in the success of our drive to
significantly expand our distribution and increase the visibility of our brands in-store.

VOX’s first initiative was to drive the systemization of Tarkett’s existing POS range and supply chain. Tarkett wanted to find a way to ensure consistency across their growing portfolio, as well as paying close attention to their sustainability goals – standardizing their offering enabled both. Systemization gave Tarkett more agility and flexibility in-store to demonstrate their full, and growing, range, accommodates samples – a key component given the identified lack of brand awareness and loyalty in this market – whilst increasing display durability and life in-store.

This project successfully led to two new distribution partners coming onboard – increasing Tarkett’s reach to over 5000 displays in market. VOX continues to partner with Tarkett’s sales team to provide industry insights, innovative ideas and digital tools to showcase their core products effectively, whilst tackling a new standardization project for their other major category- soft surfaces.
